Louis Falland entered the 3000 Meter Steeplechase with the fastest time (9:02.28) in the NAIA this season but he was just .08 faster than Justin Kent from British Columbia.  Today, Kent found another gear in the finals and he defeated Falland by about 10 seconds in a time of 8:52.92.  Falland crossed the line in 9:02.39 to finish second.  Falland finished ahead of the next competitor by about 4 seconds.  In other action, Jared Courtright finished 15th out of 47 competitorsin the Marathon.  Cornerstone finished with 8 points and they tied for 28th with Evergreen St. and Aquinas.
